Passing the Torch...

Tonight (Wednesday, Sept. 11th) The Trail Steward will be at the course at 6:30 sharp to give a tour and talk to those interested in taking over the build and care of the course. All those interested in helping out should try to make it.

About

The Shawnee Riverside Cyclocross course is a 2.3 mile (full lap) or 1.75 (short lap) grass training course for Cyclocross. The park is owned by the City of Shawnee and managed by the City of Shawnee Parks Department. The Cyclocross Course is open to the public during normal park hours. The Course is maintained solely by local volunteers and cyclist like you.

Please pack out trash and take great care of the park and the course. Please do not park on the Levee. No motorized vehicles are allowed in the park, on the levee or on the Cyclocross course. Please do not alter the course. Wear a helmet and be safe! Enjoy!
